Condition of Vehicle
Cleanliness: Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as when they were rented, with a full tank of fuel. A cleaning fee will be charged for excessively dirty vehicles.
Damage: Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. The renter will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement for any damage not covered by insurance.
Fuel Policy
Full Tank Requirement: Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If the tank is not full, a refueling charge will be applied at the prevailing fuel rates plus a service fee.
Mileage Limit
Mileage Allowance: The rental agreement includes a specified mileage limit. Additional charges will apply for exceeding this limit.
Late Return
Late Fees: Late returns will incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement. A daily rate will be applied for each day or part thereof that the vehicle is overdue.
Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage: The vehicle is covered by insurance as outlined in the rental agreement. However, the renter is liable for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.
Liability for Fines: The renter is responsible for any traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.

Inspection: The vehicle will be inspected upon return to assess its condition and to verify the mileage.
