Return Policy

Return Time and Location

• Return Time: Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time as specified in the rental agreement. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Returns beyond this period will incur additional charges.
• Return Location: Vehicles must be returned to the designated drop-off location as specified in the rental agreement. If the vehicle is returned to a different location, an additional fee may apply.

Condition of Vehicle

• Cleanliness: Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as when they were rented, with a full tank of fuel. A cleaning fee will be charged for excessively dirty vehicles.
• Damage: Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. The renter will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement for any damage not covered by insurance.

Fuel Policy

• Full Tank Requirement: Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If the tank is not full, a refueling charge will be applied at the prevailing fuel rates plus a service fee.

Mileage Limit

• Mileage Allowance: The rental agreement includes a specified mileage limit. Additional charges will apply for exceeding this limit.

Late Return

• Late Fees: Late returns will incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement. A daily rate will be applied for each day or part thereof that the vehicle is overdue.

Insurance and Liability

• Insurance Coverage: The vehicle is covered by insurance as outlined in the rental agreement. However, the renter is liable for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.
• Liability for Fines: The renter is responsible for any traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.

Documentation

• Rental Agreement: A copy of the rental agreement must be presented at the time of return.
• Inspection: The vehicle will be inspected upon return to assess its condition and to verify the mileage.

Refunds

• Refund Policy: Refunds for unused rental days or deposits will be processed according to the terms specified in the rental agreement.
